The campaign for the re-election of Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji (BAO) gained significant momentum today, Thursday, March 5, 2026, with the official inauguration of the Community Outreach Team for BAO (2026). The inauguration ceremony took place during a strategic meeting between the team, led by Erelu Tosin Aluko Ajisafe, and the Special Adviser on Political Matters to the Governor, Chief Jide Awe.
In her opening address, Erelu Tosin Aluko Ajisafe expressed deep gratitude to Governor Oyebanji for his unwavering support of the outreach team’s initiatives during previous election cycles. She specifically lauded Chief Jide Awe, describing his guidance as "fatherly and exceptional" throughout their past field operations.
